The bitsARK platform (including the bitsark.com portal and its APIs) is owned and operated by Tecnologia Atual Serviços LTDA, a Brazilian company registered under CNPJ No. 51.334.748/0001-61. For support or legal issues, contact us via support@bitsark.com.
2. Informational Nature and Disclaimer
bitsARK Labs operates as an aggregated data portal. All content, including the Exchange Table, Stablecoin Data, and API Documentation, is provided "as-is". We do not constitute, under any circumstances, financial, legal, investment, or tax advice.
3. Accuracy, Sources, and Data Volatility
The digital asset market and its regulations (Brazilian tax authority - Receita Federal, similar to the IRS; Central Bank; CVM) are extremely volatile.
Risk Warning: We collect data from public APIs and third-party websites. We do not guarantee the accuracy of fees (which may vary by traded volume), CNPJs, or tax regimes. The displayed fees are referential for retail accounts and may differ from the value practiced at the time of operation due to latency or unilateral changes by brokers. bitsARK cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from decisions made based on this data. Always check with the official source before operating.
4. Use of the bitsARK API
By using our API (api.bitsark.com), the developer agrees to the following terms:
- Data is for informational and development purposes.
- Users must respect the rate limits established to ensure service stability.
- bitsARK reserves the right to modify the API structure or discontinue endpoints without prior notice.
- Commercial use of API data requires clear attribution to "bitsARK Labs" with a link to bitsark.com.
5. Third-Party Links and Affiliation
Our site contains links to external sites (exchanges, brokers, government portals). We have no control over the content, fees, or privacy practices of these sites. The listing of a broker does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation.
6. DolarMap and Ecosystem
The DolarMap application has its own specific Terms of Use for compliance with app stores (Google Play/App Store). However, the legal entity responsible for both services is the same (Tecnologia Atual Serviços LTDA).
7. Intellectual Property
The design, source code, logos, and texts of bitsARK Labs are our intellectual property. Aggressive web scraping or scraping that harms site performance is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, bitsARK Labs and its developers will not be liable for financial losses, direct or indirect, lost profits, or damages resulting from data errors, system unavailability, or investment decisions based on the information consolidated here. The user agrees to hold Tecnologia Atual Serviços LTDA harmless from any legal claim filed due to service failures by the listed brokers.
9. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. For the resolution of any controversies, the parties elect the court of the district of the company's headquarters, with express waiver of any other.
