Common Questions

What is DolarMap?

DolarMap monitors USD/BRL quotes in real time across multiple cryptocurrency exchanges and brokers, showing the best opportunities to buy, sell, or arbitrage dollars compared to the official PTAX rate from the Central Bank of Brazil.

Is the information financial advice?

No. All data displayed is strictly informational. DolarMap does not recommend any transaction or guarantee any financial outcome. Always consult the broker's own terms and a qualified financial professional.

Do I need to create an account?

No. The app works fully with an anonymous device identifier (UUID). Optionally, you can Sign in with Google to back up your alerts across devices - this is entirely voluntary.

Why did I stop receiving alert notifications?

Notifications may stop if the alert was set to trigger once, push permissions were revoked in system settings, the alert was paused manually, or the data source was temporarily unavailable.

Managing Your Data

How do I delete an alert?

Open the Alerts screen in the app, swipe left (iOS) or long-press (Android), then tap Delete. Data is removed from our servers immediately.

How do I delete my account and all my data?

Go to Settings → Delete my account inside the app. This removes your UUID, saved alerts, and FCM tokens from our servers permanently.

You can also request deletion via web using the form below - we will process it within 15 business days, as required by the LGPD.

What data does DolarMap collect about me?

We collect the minimum necessary: an anonymous device identifier, an FCM token for notifications, and your configured alert data. We do not collect names, locations, or financial data. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.
